The last two weeks have been so crazy trying to get ready for Saturdays craft show. I can't wait for Monday so I can watch soap operas and eat bon-bons. I was talking to some friends the other day, do they even make bon-bons anymore? Actually, next week will be dedicated to putting my house back in order, I haven't watched a soap opera since High School. So here are my eggs just after the varnish was applied.

ReplyDeleteThe ice cream ones -- I didn't think so, but it turns out that TJ's carried them.
But, technically, bonbons are a type of French candy that's been around for centuries, and yes, they still make them. In England, bonbons and nuts are an actual course at dinner, and there is a special bonbon spoon for serving them.
And your eggs look amazing.
You're so talented Amy. I wish I had a talent I could take to a craft fair. I always thought that would be fun. Last year at the Victor craft fair somebody had eggs (similar to yours) but no where near as beautiful or intricate. Good luck!
